Where is my order? 

Your order could be in a few places... our warehouse  (waiting to be dispatched), with the courier (on its way) or delivered. The initial thing you should check is have you had your dispatch email? If you have received your dispatched email then your delivery is on its way. If you have not received a dispatch email then your order is waiting to leave us. Your order will be shipped the next working day. 


Why is my order late?

Please double check the delivery option that you selected at the checkout, cut off times for items when ordering and the date which we said your product(s) will be delivered by. If it is before the assumed delivery date and you have had your dispatch email, then it is on its way. If your delivery date has not passed then unfortunately we will not be able to investigate until it has. On rare occasions we do come across a bump in the road. Why was my order cancelled?

If you have placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, we're very sorry. This will be because the stock was not in the warehouse when we came to process your order. You will receive a cancellation email and a refund via the payment method you used. The refund could take up to 7 days, this is the banking process and not something that we have control of. 


Can I cancel or edit my order?

As soon as you place your order, we are almost instant in getting to work - we know you want your product quickly. We may be able to cancel or edit orders (within the first hour). Please contact us via phone or info@bristlesbeardoil.co.uk as soon as possible to amend or cancel your order.


I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

We're sorry that you have received an item that isn't in perfect condition. To help us sort this out for you as soon as possible, please email us at info@bristlesbeardoil.co.uk.

When you first contact us please include the following information:

1) Your name

2) Your order number

3) Picture of the fault

4) Description of the fault
